MONO. was launched in 2021 as a literary journal dedicated to the unstuffy, to dark humour and writing that sits on the blurred edges of ordinary life between melancholy and humour. It's the things we shouldn't laugh at, the cringeworthy moments that we love to forget, the irony of life but always with a dark or comic twist. We aim to publish twice yearly with reading periods from May-August and November - February with issues published in October and April. 

We don't care if your work is in Times New Roman or Arial, double or single spaced because quite frankly there's more to life than rules. As long as it's not in Wingdings we will read and consider it.
